1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a KRISHN-O-LOGY account, you must affirmatively agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Your acceptance date and the current legal-policy version are recorded with your account.

2. What KRISHN-O-LOGY is

KRISHN-O-LOGY is an educational and reflective decision system inspired by contextual readings of Krishna-related source material. It does not claim divine authority, fortune telling, guaranteed outcomes or a literal answer from Krishna to every modern problem.

3. Not professional advice

The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental-health, financial, emergency or other regulated advice. Immediate danger, abuse, self-harm risk, crime or medical emergencies should be handled through appropriate real-world emergency or professional resources.

4. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential when you use email/password sign-in.
• You may also use Google Sign-In when it is available. Google Sign-In must be used only with a Google account you are authorized to control.
• If a verified Google email matches an existing KRISHN-O-LOGY account, the service may securely link that Google identity to the existing account so purchases, progress and Founding 108 status are not duplicated.
• One account is intended for the individual member and may not be sold, transferred or shared as a paid-access pool.
• You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• The current KRISHN-O-LOGY account system is intended for users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 should not create an account under the current launch setup.

5. Plans and digital licence

Free Explorer, Experience and Founder provide the access described on the website at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid digital content is licensed for the member's personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, reselling, mass sharing, scraping or distributing protected downloads is prohibited.

6. The Founding 108

Founding 108 is a launch status separate from the Founder Plan. Only the first 108 eligible verified paying customers can receive numbers #001–#108 under the published launch rules. A member may hold Experience and still be a Founding 108 member. Numbers and promotional slots are allocated only after verified successful payment and according to the server/database source of truth.

Founding 108 future privileges may include selected special pricing, early access, bonuses or member-only benefits on future spiritual launches. The exact benefit may vary. Founding status does not promise that every future product will be free.

7. Launch pricing

The launch system may provide the published first-8 complimentary Founder upgrade, the next promotional Founder allocation, and Experience-to-Founder upgrade pricing. Availability can change while checkout is in progress. A temporary checkout hold is not a permanent allocation. The server-confirmed successful payment and fulfilment record controls the final entitlement.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or another clearly identified payment provider. You must not attempt to manipulate pricing, payment verification, Founding counters, entitlements or account access. A payment shown as pending is not complete access until the server has verified fulfilment.

9. Refunds and reversals

Refunds, reversals and chargebacks are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A fully reversed or refunded transaction may result in removal of paid access and any Founding 108 or promotional entitlement attached to that transaction.

10. WWKD, assessments and interactive outputs

WWKD, Decision Arena and Archetype outputs are training/reflection tools. They can be incomplete or wrong and should be evaluated against your actual circumstances. The Archetype Assessment is not presented as a clinically or scientifically validated psychometric diagnosis.

11. 108 Challenge

Practice content does not itself constitute entry into an official competition. Official entry, eligibility, timing, scoring, anti-cheating, tie-break, prize and privacy rules must be separately published before a live competition opens.

12. Intellectual property

The KRISHN-O-LOGY brand, original website design, decision-system materials, product text, graphics, protected downloads and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Underlying public-domain or separately copyrighted source texts remain subject to their own rights and attribution status.

13. Prohibited use

Do not attack the service, attempt credential stuffing or automated password guessing, bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, exploit payment/refund systems, upload malicious material, probe for vulnerabilities in a way that disrupts the service, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.

14. Availability and changes

Features may be corrected, improved, suspended or changed for security, legal, technical or product-quality reasons. Paid entitlements should not be removed arbitrarily, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability.

15. Limitation and applicable law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRISHN-O-LOGY is provided as an educational digital service without guarantees that every reflection, assessment or decision output will be correct for every person. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rules.
