PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 1 September 2026  •  Version: 2026-09-01-v3

This policy explains how digital-access refund requests are reviewed and how refunds can affect Founding 108 and promotional entitlements.

1. Digital-access nature of the product

KRISHN-O-LOGY provides digital memberships, downloadable files and interactive services. Paid access may begin immediately after a payment is successfully verified. Because digital content can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refund requests are assessed under this policy and applicable law rather than treated like the return of a physical item.

2. How to request a refund

Submit a request through the Contact & Support page using the Payment / Refund category. Include the account email, approximate payment date, plan and reason. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or internet-banking passwords.

3. Requests normally eligible for review

  • duplicate charges for the same intended purchase;
  • an incorrect amount caused by a verified KRISHN-O-LOGY system error;
  • successful payment where paid access cannot be delivered and the problem cannot reasonably be corrected;
  • a verified unauthorized transaction, subject to payment-provider/bank investigation;
  • other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Change-of-mind requests

A change-of-mind request may be considered if submitted promptly, but approval is not automatic once substantial paid digital content has been accessed, downloaded or consumed. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory consumer right.

5. Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it is initiated through the payment provider to the original payment method where possible. Bank/payment-network processing time is outside KRISHN-O-LOGY's control and may continue after a refund is marked processed by the payment provider.

6. Founding 108 and promotional positions

A Founding 108 number or promotional Founder entitlement depends on a valid qualifying purchase. If that qualifying payment is fully reversed, refunded, charged back or found fraudulent, the associated paid entitlement and Founding/promotional status may be revoked. A position is not released merely because a user asks for a refund; any release must follow a confirmed refund/reversal record and backend entitlement update so the public counter cannot be manipulated.

Partial refunds do not automatically release a Founding 108 number. Any effect of a partial refund must be determined from the final entitlement and the reason for the adjustment.

7. Failed or abandoned payments

Opening Razorpay Checkout, a failed payment or an abandoned checkout does not permanently consume a Founding 108 number. Temporary checkout reservations expire automatically under the launch system.

8. Fraud, abuse and duplicate claims

Refund or chargeback abuse, deliberate duplicate accounts intended to capture limited launch positions, or manipulation of payment verification may result in entitlement cancellation and account restriction, subject to applicable law.

9. Cancellations

KRISHN-O-LOGY memberships in the current launch build are one-time digital purchases rather than recurring subscriptions unless a future checkout explicitly says otherwise. There is therefore no recurring billing to cancel in the present plans.

10. Contact

Use Contact & Support for a payment/refund request. Keep your Razorpay payment/order reference available, but never send secret banking credentials.

Verification: a refund or reversal affects access or Founding status only after the payment/refund record is verified through the payment provider and reflected in the KRISHN-O-LOGY entitlement record.
