For payment issues

Include your account email and, if available, the Razorpay order/payment reference. Never submit a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, Razorpay Key Secret, JWT secret or other credentials.

For privacy/data requests

Select Privacy / Data Request. We may need to verify that you control the account before changing or deleting account data.
